Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Côte&Club's online store! Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Agreement
When you place an order on our website, a binding agreement is formed between you (the buyer) and Côte&Club (the seller). You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase with invoice payment.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in NOK and include VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
We accept secure payment via card or invoice:

For card payments, the amount may be reserved at the time of order and charged when the order is shipped.

For Vipps payments, the amount is usually charged immediately at the time of order.

For invoice payments (Klarna), the invoice is issued upon dispatch of the goods and must be paid in accordance with Klarna’s applicable terms and conditions.
Côte&Club reserves the right to correct any pricing errors before processing the order. If a correction is needed, we will contact you before confirming.
3. Delivery
We aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days after receiving payment.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery is considered complete once you, or someone on your behalf, has received the goods.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
4. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at [email/contact info] within this period.
You must return the items in original condition no later than 14 days after notifying us.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
You may inspect the goods as necessary to determine their nature and function. If the product is used beyond this, we may deduct a value reduction from your refund.
We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, but we may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or documentation of return is provided.
5. Returns and Exchanges

All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
We do not accept returns beyond the legal rights outlined above.
6. Complaints and Defects
If your item is faulty or damaged, you have the right to file a complaint.
Please notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue, and no later than 2 months after receipt.
Depending on the case, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.
Complaints should preferably be submitted in writing.
7. Personal Data
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By placing an order, you consent to our collection and processing of your data for order fulfillment and customer service purposes.

10. Other
Côte&Club reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud or errors.
If any provision in these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
